HKS Dreh-Antriebe GmbH is one of the leading international manufacturers of lift-and-rotate combinations, hydraulic rotary actuators, actuators, linear cylinders and much more. Since 2012, the company has also been producing medical training equipment, the core component of which is the HKS resistance motor.

Challenge
With the HKS relaunch project, we have implemented another toujou project. The main challenge here was to explore the possibilities offered by toujou and adapt the previously provided design to the toujou construction kit.
Solution
We implemented the delivered design using the toujou construction kit. In doing so, we made CSS adjustments in particular, including some template adjustments. Colours and fonts were set accordingly and the website was built piece by piece in agile collaboration with the customer.
A Solr implementation, newsletter connection and the conversion of the blog extension to news were implemented. We then filled the content, inserted images, set up redirects and much more.
As part of the web project, a deployment pipeline was also set up with toujou, enabling us to transfer adjustments directly to the toujou website. This deployment pipeline could then also be used for other toujou projects.
Working with the toujou team, we learned a great deal and found our feet in the toujou world.
