Challenge

BayWa r.e. approached us with the desire to optimise the hosting of their corporate websites by integrating a CDN. After a fruitful collaboration had developed, we increasingly supported BayWa r.e. with tasks in the area of TYPO3 at their request. Ultimately, the requirement was to take over the technical support of all of the company's TYPO3 websites.

Solution

Since March 2021, an agile team has been working exclusively for BayWa r.e. Our client provides the product owner and we provide the rest of the team. Tasks are planned jointly in weekly sprints and everyday challenges are overcome. Since the start of this collaboration, several new websites have been implemented and a TYPO3 upgrade has been carried out. All websites are actively supported technically, and we provide advice on any questions or requests that arise.
