Online catalogue with Shopware for NOBEL Collection
A classic reinterpreted
With the new "nobel brand world", dkd has teamed up with digital agency MIYU to develop a digital platform specifically tailored to the target group for the furniture association nobel Collection. The dkd team played a key role in implementing this, and I would like to express my sincere thanks, both personally and on behalf of nobel Collection and MIYU, for the excellent collaboration! The MHK Group describes its subsidiary Nobel Collection as a »full-range furniture association with synergy effects«. To simplify access to the range, MIYU (digital agency – creative. digital. personal, also a subsidiary of the MHK Group) has developed an online catalogue for Nobel Collection in collaboration with dkd. This allows member customers to quickly see what the Nobel brand world has to offer and how best to combine different items.

Challenge
Nobel Collection GmbH & Co. Vereinigter Möbelhandel KG, together with MIYU, would like to offer B2B customers an online furniture catalogue including accessories. Only after registering and activating the provider do customers have the opportunity to browse the online catalogue, and even then only in the areas that have been approved for the respective customers.
Furthermore, dkd has made it possible to import product data into the online catalogue with minimal effort, without having to enter it individually.
Since an online catalogue and not an online shop was created, the Shopware checkout had to be removed.
Solution
The integration of several plugins enabled us to meet the customer's specific requirements. Automatic product data imports were handled by Shopware's standard importer, although dkd customised the standard importer for this purpose. The checkout function was removed, as the classic online shop is intended to serve as an online catalogue.
