TYPO3 microsite for the Kronberg Festival

The Kronberg Festival is an international music festival organised by the Kronberg Academy, which will take place from 23 September to 5 October 2025 under the motto "Good Vibrations". It invites visitors to discover, experience and personally benefit from the power of music. The festival brings together top-class artists and young talents and, in addition to concerts, offers a varied supporting programme, including masterclasses and other musical projects.

Challenge

In order to provide concise information about the recurring Kronberg Festival, the Kronberg Academy approached us with the request to create a dedicated microsite for the festival. An important feature request was the integration of a concert calendar directly on the home page, which exclusively displays the events of the Kronberg Festival. The focus here is on a clear and user-friendly presentation.

Solution

Since Kronberg Academy already runs several successful websites from a TYPO3 instance, it made sense to map the microsite via an additional page tree in the existing installation. In addition, we developed an additional element that displays all events and concerts related to the festival in a bundled form.
Since the rest of the microsite is fed by existing content elements and the previous design of the other pages, we were able to realise this small project in a very short time.
