Requirement:
Hoesch & Partner approached us with a request to take over the existing installation from their previous agency and provide technical support.
The main focus was on bringing the existing TYPO3 installation and three WordPress installations up to a technically flawless standard, without neglecting the infrastructure and security criteria.
In addition to the desire for a stable and secure website, it was particularly important for our client to strive for a long-term collaboration.
Solution:
After extensive consultation, all four websites were migrated to our infrastructure to ensure website stability.
All security-related factors were taken into account. Furthermore, the deployment process was introduced with dkdeploy. One of the most important factors was that the technical changeover was not noticeable to users and did not lead to any downtime. Within the project, after constant exchange and targeted consultation, it was decided that the project should be permanently expanded.
The following adjustments were also made:
- Caching optimisation to improve performance
- Optimisation and enhancements to the job listing display with filters
- The existing code could not be expanded and was therefore rewritten
- Expansion of the contact forms for private and corporate customers
- Layout revision of the corporate customer pages
- Revision of the link generator for data protection purposes
- Design adjustments based on data provided by third-party agency
- Further project work and modernisation measures are already in the planning stage
